Return policy

Aroham product supply provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product ordered from us, you can return it within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund (minus the supply of Aroham products to you) Transportation costs incurred)). General return policy requirements:

The product must be in a new original state.The product has not been installed and has not been used.
The return process must begin within 30 days after receiving the product.
The item must be returned, including all original packaging and accessories.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Returning products may incur up to 20% restocking costs.


If you want to make changes to the order before shipping (deciding to use other wheels, etc.); as long as you have not received the "Your order is being processed" email, you can do so. After processing your order, we will not be able to make changes to the order. You need to return these items before we can ship other items.

Rejection of packaging/order: Please note that if you change your mind after ordering and refuse to receive the goods; regular shipping and purchase fees will be charged. It costs money for our employees to pick, pack and ship things. Transportation also costs money. Please check your order carefully before placing an order!

Please fill out our return form.

We will send you an email with the return authorization number and the address to which the returned goods will be shipped. Please write the "RA" number in black capital letters on the outside of the return package, and then ship the item to the address provided to you by email.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will ensure that you are taken care of right away. After notifying us, we will immediately send you a return form for replacement and prepaid damaged/defective items. If we end up making an error or receiving a defective product, you will never pay any shipping/return fees.
